This charming miniature teapot is in the shape of an attendant serving tea. In her right hand she holds a teapot, which is the spout of the pot, and her left arm, which forms the handle, arches to touch her waist and ends in her hand holding a serving cloth. Her hair is coiled atop her head, and is a removable lid into which the water can be poured. She wears the typical two part attire of an attendant with a mandarin collar at the neck, and a flaring decorative shirt which forms the base of the teapot. Her charming features are highlighted with pigment.
